Vantage Towers selected for 5G Emerald Motorway Corridor in Ireland

Vantage Towers Ireland has been awarded €3.54 million to deliver the Emerald Motorway Corridor, a major digital infrastructure project connecting Dundalk to Rosslare Harbour.

Working with project partners Three Ireland and Wings, the initiative will create a high-speed 5G corridor running from the Northern Ireland border all the way to Ireland’s key European gateway at Rosslare Europort.

More than improving mobile connectivity, this corridor will support next-generation transportation, automotive technologies, and advanced logistics, ensuring that Ireland’s infrastructure is ready for the future.

As Brian McHugh, Managing Director of Vantage Towers Ireland, puts it: this project is a milestone in “advancing Ireland’s digital transformation” and building the network foundations required for tomorrow’s economy.
