Vodafone Albania and Nokia demonstrate 5G network slicing powered by AI

Vodafone Albania has demonstrated one of the first AI-powered network slicing solutions within Vodafone Group.

Developed in collaboration with Nokia, the solution combines Vodafone’s 5G Standalone network with advanced AI to analyze network conditions and make autonomous decisions that optimize performance.

The AI-powered network can dynamically allocate resources where they are needed most, enabling more efficient, resilient and differentiated connectivity.

This next generation of mobile infrastructure can respond to changing demand and continuously optimize network performance without manual intervention.

The technology will help Vodafone deliver dynamic resource allocation during major public events, strengthen network resilience and increase network capacity through AI-driven automation.
