Connectis Tower Acquires 50 Sites from Dot Networks in Serbia

Connectis Tower has strengthened its position in the Balkans with the acquisition of 50 tower sites in Serbia from Dot Towers, a subsidiary of Dot Networks.

The new portfolio includes 12 ground-based macro towers and 38 rooftop sites, concentrated in prime areas across Belgrade and other major Serbian cities. Financial terms were not disclosed.

This move aligns with Connectis Tower’s broader growth strategy under its owner, Actis, which has previously signalled plans to scale the Connectis Tower platform across the region. The deal is significant as it adds new structure types to the company’s network, which until now consisted solely of macro towers carved out from Telekom Srbija’s assets in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.

Connectis Tower commented that this milestone demonstrates their commitment to delivering versatile, strategically located infrastructure to support seamless connectivity.
